They are now looking to appoint a Head of Lettings / Lettings Manager to lead their Southfields operation. The Role
- This is a key role within the business focused on valuations, landlord management and driving new business across Southfields.
- You’ll be responsible for winning instructions, managing landlord relationships and leading a small team, whilst helping grow market share across a highly competitive South West London patch.
- Conducting market appraisals and converting instructions
- Building and maintaining strong landlord relationships
- Managing portfolio and client conversations confidently
- Driving new business generation across the patch
- Supporting and leading a small lettings team
- Working closely with negotiators and listers
- Delivering high levels of customer service
- Helping grow office performance and market presence
What You'll Need
- Previous experience as a Lettings Manager, Assistant Lettings or Senior Lister
- Strong valuation and instruction‑winning ability
- Excellent landlord relationship management skills
- Confident, mature and commercially driven approach
- Ability to manage and support a small team
- Strong understanding of the London lettings market
- Experience within Fulham, Parsons Green, South West London or similar markets advantageous
- Ability to operate in a relationship‑led environment
