Basic Salary: £55,000 - £100,000 OTE: £70,000 - £120,000+ Additional Commission & Revenue Share Opportunities

My client is a rapidly expanding international wealth management and financial planning group currently undertaking significant growth across the UK. As part of this expansion, the business is looking to appoint Financial Advisers at multiple levels, from developing advisers through to experienced Senior Financial Advisers. This is an unusual opportunity combining a highly competitive employed package, established clients to service, dedicated technical support and a genuine longer-term route towards building your own client portfolio and moving into a self-employed advisory model with highly attractive commission and revenue splits. Importantly, candidates do not need to bring an existing client bank.

The Role

  • Managing and developing a portfolio of private clients.
  • Conducting comprehensive reviews and delivering holistic financial advice.
  • Advising across investments, pensions, retirement, drawdown, estate and inheritance planning.
  • Developing long-term relationships with clients and identifying additional planning opportunities.
  • Working alongside dedicated Paraplanning and Administration support.
  • Onboarding new clients and assets.
  • Developing referrals and new client relationships as your career progresses.
  • Using modern financial planning and cashflow technology.
  • Maintaining excellent standards of suitability, compliance and client service.

Levels:

  • Junior / Developing Financial Adviser £50,000+ basic + bonus | OTE circa £70,000
Ideally suited to an adviser with approximately three years' UK financial planning experience who has already managed or serviced a client bank. Candidates should be Level 4 qualified and comfortable providing regulated advice across investments, pensions and retirement planning. A significant business development track record is not required at this level.
  • Financial Adviser £75,000 basic + bonus | OTE circa £90,000
Candidates will typically already manage a meaningful private client portfolio, ideally £30m+ of assets under management/advice, alongside some evidence of generating new revenue or onboarding their own clients. Level 4 is essential, with Chartered status advantageous.
  • Senior Financial Adviser Up to £100,000 basic + bonus | OTE circa £120,000+
Senior candidates should have a substantial track record within UK financial planning, combining sophisticated client management with evidence of generating new assets and revenue. Chartered status.

Why Consider This Opportunity?

  • Basic salaries from £55,000 to £100,000.
  • OTE from approximately £70,000 to £120,000+.
  • No requirement to bring an existing client bank.
  • Established clients available to service.
  • Dedicated Paraplanning and Administration support.
  • Significant additional earning potential from new clients and assets.
  • Clear route into a highly lucrative self-employed advisory model.
  • Attractive long-term commission and revenue-sharing potential.
  • Support towards further professional qualifications and Chartered status.
  • International and expatriate private client exposure.
  • Modern financial planning technology and infrastructure.
  • Significant career progression within a rapidly expanding international wealth management business.
  • Open to remote working and hybrid working arrangements.

Advisers who develop their own client relationships and generate new business can access substantial additional commission and revenue-sharing opportunities. For ambitious individuals, there is also a genuine pathway towards a self-employed advisory model offering significantly larger commission and revenue splits, providing the opportunity to build greater long-term value from the client relationships they develop. My client is particularly interested in speaking with ambitious, entrepreneurial Financial Advisers who want the security of an excellent employed package today, while retaining the opportunity to build considerably greater earnings and ownership over their client relationships in the future.
