Salary: £35,000 Basic + £6,500-£8,000 Car Allowance + Office Profit Share (OTE £70,000+)
Hours: Monday-Friday, 9:00am-6:00pm
Holiday: 28 days (Associate Director) | 30 days (Director)
About the Company
Our client is one of the UK's most respected property consultancies, with a longstanding reputation for delivering exceptional service across prime residential lettings. With an established market presence, a high-performing team and a strong pipeline of business, they are now looking to appoint an experienced Head of Lettings to lead their Harpenden office.
Managing a team of one Lettings Negotiator and one Lettings Coordinator, you'll be responsible for driving departmental performance, developing client relationships and overseeing the day-to-day operations of a successful lettings business. This role is for an initial 12 months to be reviewed after.
The Role
This is a hands-on leadership position that combines business development, landlord relationship management and operational oversight.
