A boutique estate agency based in Earls Court is seeking an experienced Lettings Coordinator to support its lettings and operations team. This role involves managing administrative processes across lettings, compliance, and office coordination, with regular exposure to premium properties and high-net-worth clients. Key Responsibilities Office & Team Support Manage office supplies, key logs, calendars, and general administrative duties Act as the first point of contact for landlord and tenant enquiries Coordinate property handovers, viewings, and internal scheduling Lettings & Compliance Process tenant referencing, Right to Rent checks, and background screening Draft tenancy agreements, manage renewals, and register deposits Oversee compliance for move-ins, move-outs, and all tenancy documentation Systems & Records Maintain accurate records in Alto CRM and shared digital filing systems Assist with tenancy reporting, budgeting, and operational tracking Candidate Requirements Minimum 2 years’ experience in a property administration or lettings support role (essential) At least 1 year working in an estate agency office environment (essential) In-depth understanding of tenancy agreements, deposit regulations, and compliance processes Strong organisational skills with excellent attention to detail Confident and professional written and verbal communication Proficient with CRM systems (Alto preferred), Microsoft Office, and digital tools Remuneration & Benefits Salary: £26,000–£35,000 depending on experience Performance bonus structure Monday to Friday working pattern Office-based role in Earls Court Opportunities for progression within a high-calibre team
