Hours: Monday-Friday, 9:00am-6:00pm
Holiday: 25-27 Days Annual Leave + Bank Holidays
Working Pattern: Office based during probation, then 1 day per week working from home
About the Company
Our client is a highly regarded and well-established independent property business with an outstanding reputation for managing premium residential homes across Kent. Specialising in high-value properties, they pride themselves on delivering an exceptional level of service to both landlords and tenants.
Due to continued growth, they're looking to appoint an experienced Property Manager to oversee a portfolio of approximately 70 prime residential properties, predominantly across Sevenoaks with occasional cover for Tunbridge Wells. This is an excellent opportunity for an experienced Property Manager, Senior Property Manager or Property Management Team Leader looking to join a professional business where customer service and attention to detail are genuinely valued.
The Role
You'll be responsible for the day-to-day management of a portfolio of high-end residential properties, acting as the main point of contact for both landlords and tenants while ensuring every property is maintained to an exceptional standard.
