My client is a market-leading property group that has built a reputation for transforming how homeowners buy and sell property. Operating multiple well-known brands under one umbrella, they’ve created an innovative, fast-paced, and collaborative environment that delivers speed, certainty, and exceptional customer experience across every stage of the sales process. This is an outstanding opportunity for a high-performing Sales Leader to take ownership of a growing sales function. The ideal candidate will combine strategic thinking with hands-on leadership — driving performance, shaping team culture, and ensuring an exceptional service standard across multiple sales teams.

Responsibilities

  • Lead, inspire, and motivate a multi-function sales team to achieve and exceed performance targets.
  • Manage the full sales pipeline, from lead generation to conversion, ensuring consistent results and efficiency.
  • Set and monitor KPIs, providing ongoing coaching, performance reviews, and targeted training.
  • Work closely with client services and progression teams to ensure a smooth customer journey from initial enquiry to completion.
  • Analyse data and report on performance metrics, identifying trends and opportunities to improve results.
  • Collaborate with senior leadership to develop sales strategy, pricing decisions, and stock management approaches.
  • Maintain compliance with all relevant property sales, AML, and regulatory standards.
  • Champion a culture of accountability, high energy, and continuous improvement.

Ideal candidate

The role requires someone confident working closely with directors and key stakeholders on sales forecasting and strategic planning, who is highly organised, proactive, and tech-savvy, with experience using CRM or property systems considered advantageous. Proven experience in property sales leadership, ideally within a high-volume or fast-paced environment, and a strong background in people management with the ability to inspire and elevate team performance will be essential.

Benefits

  • Genuine leadership role in a dynamic, scaling property group.
  • Highly competitive base salary with £100k+ OTE.
  • Opportunity to shape and grow a team at the forefront of the modern property sales market.
  • Collaborative culture that values innovation, results, and accountability.
