They are now looking to appoint a Head of Lettings / Lettings Manager to lead their Wimbledon operation. This is an excellent opportunity to step into a well-established patch with immediate income potential, covering a market that is heavily relationship-led and service driven. This role would suit an experienced lettings professional looking for a hands-on leadership position with fantastic earning potential.
The Role: This is a key role within the business focused on valuations, landlord management and driving new business across Southfields. You'll be responsible for winning instructions, managing landlord relationships and leading a small team, whilst helping grow market share across a highly competitive South West London patch.
