The Opportunity

My client, a leading national property consultancy, is undergoing a significant UK-wide expansion and is looking to appoint talented Rural Surveyors across multiple locations. They are open to individuals from Senior Surveyor through to Senior Associate Director level, offering genuine flexibility depending on experience. This is a rare opportunity to join a highly respected rural team, working with prestigious estate clients, while playing a key role in the continued growth of the business nationally.

The Role

You’ll be part of a high-performing Rural Land Management team delivering a mix of estate management, consultancy, and professional work. Responsibilities include:

  • Acting as principal agent for a portfolio of rural estates
  • Delivering estate and farming business reviews
  • Advising on diversification and strategic land opportunities
  • Undertaking valuations (secured lending and professional)
  • Building and maintaining strong client relationships
  • Supporting business development and winning new work
  • Leading or mentoring team members (depending on level)

About You

  • MRICS qualified
  • Experience within rural estate management / consultancy
  • Commercially aware with strong client-facing ability
  • Able to manage workloads and meet deadlines
  • Strong attention to detail and organisational skills
  • Leadership experience (for senior hires)
  • Full UK driving licence
