The Role

This is a client-facing Client Services role within residential estate agency, focused on managing enquiries, booking valuations, converting opportunities into instructions, and supporting the sales process through to completion. You'll be speaking with vendors and applicants daily, building rapport, and acting as a key point of contact throughout the journey. The role is target-driven but well-supported, with realistic expectations and strong incentives for those who perform.

Key responsibilities include:

  • Managing inbound and outbound client communications
  • Booking valuations and supporting instruction conversion
  • Delivering a high level of customer service throughout the sales process
