My client, a multi-award-winning architectural interior design company with over 25 years of trading history, is seeking a driven Business Development Manager to join their team. Recognised in Spears 500 as one of the UK’s top architectural interior design companies, they work exclusively in the ultra-high-net-worth market, delivering extraordinary spaces for a truly discerning clientele. This role offers a hybrid working model, exceptional earning potential, and the opportunity to represent a prestigious brand with a loyal client base and a team of 30 highly skilled professionals.

Responsibilities

  • Develop a high-value introducer network by engaging with luxury estate agents, architects, private & family offices, and private banks.
  • Represent the brand at exclusive networking events, property showcases, and industry gatherings.
  • Build relationships that generate exceptional business opportunities.

Requirements / Qualifications

  • Experienced Estate Agent from Prime Central London or Super Prime markets.
  • Or Business Development Manager with a track record of winning business from PCL estate agents.
  • London-based with existing contacts in the luxury property sector.
  • Confident networker who thrives in high-value relationship building.

Remuneration and Benefits

  • Circa £50,000 basic salary + realistic £75,000+ OTE in Year 1.
  • Commission is paid as a percentage of turnover from each project.
  • Holiday allowance that increases by 1 day for every year of service.
  • Hybrid setup: 4 days WFH, 1 day in their stylish SE London office.
