Key Responsibilities
- Secure new homes, development, and land opportunities across West London
- Build and manage developer and landowner relationships
- Track planning activity to generate pipeline
- Advise on feasibility, GDV, pricing, phasing, and go-to-market strategy
- Lead site launches and manage sales programmes through to completion
- Set, track, and report against targets (pipeline, GDV, absorption, revenue)
- Manage budgets, forecasts, and departmental profitability

- Proven delivery of multiple site launches
