Key Responsibilities
- Secure new homes, development, and land opportunities across West London
- Build and manage developer and landowner relationships
- Track planning activity to generate pipeline
- Advise on feasibility, GDV, pricing, phasing, and go-to-market strategy
- Lead site launches and manage sales programmes through to completion
- Set, track, and report against targets (pipeline, GDV, absorption, revenue)
- Manage budgets, forecasts, and departmental profitability
What You'll Need
- 5-10+ years' Land & New Homes / development experience in London
- Proven delivery of multiple site launches
- Background in agency, developer, or consultancy
- Strong commercial and analytical capability
- Established developer and landowner network
- Senior, autonomous operator
