My client, a highly prestigious and globally recognised property consultancy, is seeking a Chartered Historic Building Surveyor to join their established Architecture & Building Surveying team in Exeter or Taunton offices. The Role: Working within a multidisciplinary team of surveyors, architects and rural specialists, you will deliver a broad range of professional and project-based building surveying services, with a particular focus on heritage assets. Responsibilities will include:

- Managing contract administration across a range of projects
- Preparing specifications, schedules of work and tender documentation
