Our client, a highly regarded independent estate agency, is looking for a Senior Negotiator to join their successful Gravesend branch. This role would suit either a Negotiator ready to step up into listing or an experienced Senior Negotiator seeking a new challenge.
The Role

Build strong relationships with vendors and buyers, providing excellent communication and care.

Conduct viewings, negotiate offers, and achieve sales targets.

Confidently book valuations and generate new instructions.

Promote financial services and solicitors to benefit clients and drive branch income.

Use CRM systems, portals, and digital tools to engage clients and enhance results.
