Specialising in auctions, land, and commercial, this firm works with over 5,000 estate agency branches nationwide through a cutting-edge auction platform. To support this growth, they are now looking for a driven and personable Business Development / Account Executive to join the team.
This is an excellent opportunity for someone with estate agency or PropTech experience who thrives on building relationships and helping others succeed. You'll work closely with 20+ estate agency clients across Greater London, inspiring them to generate leads and engage more deeply with the platform's auction offering. This is a remote-based role with some in-person client meetings each month. You'll be part of a well-supported, collaborative team, while having full ownership of your own client base.
Key Responsibilities:- Build strong relationships with estate agency clients across your portfolio
- Drive engagement by motivating partners to increase auction listings and referrals
- Deliver engaging product training and support to agency staff
- Provide onboarding and ongoing client support
- Identify performance opportunities and implement growth strategies
- Maintain excellent service standards and uphold compliance procedures
- Liaise with internal departments to ensure seamless service delivery
- Property industry experience (estate agency or PropTech preferred)
- Strong interpersonal and relationship-building skills
- Confidence in a client-facing role with the ability to motivate and educate
- A self-starter with excellent organisation and time management
- Comfortable working to KPIs and targets
- Willingness to travel occasionally across London and nearby regions
