Property Manager / Senior Property Manager

Lee, London

Working hours: Monday – Friday, 9am – 6pm

The Role

I’m working with a well-established agency who are looking for an experienced Property Manager to join their busy team in the Lee office. This is a fantastic opportunity if you’re confident handling the full property management cycle and want to work in a supportive, professional environment.

Responsibilities

  • Overseeing maintenance from the initial enquiry right through to invoicing.
  • Reviewing property visit reports and advising landlords accordingly.
  • Managing compliance certifications after tenant move-in.
  • Handling end-of-tenancy processes: serving notices, attending court hearings, overseeing evictions, and negotiating deposit returns.
  • Resolving day-to-day tenant and landlord enquiries.
  • Delivering excellent customer service to tenants, landlords, contractors, and colleagues.

About You

  • Previous property management experience (essential).
  • Solid knowledge of lettings compliance and legal processes.
  • Confident communicator with strong organisational skills.
  • Able to manage a busy workload and work to deadlines.
  • Customer-focused and proactive in resolving issues.
