We are seeking a highly organised and detail-oriented Scheduler to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for coordinating schedules, managing appointments, and ensuring efficient communication within the office. This role requires good clerical and administrative skills, along with good customer engagement skills. The Scheduler will play a vital role in maintaining the smooth operation of the companies auditing schedule.
Responsibilities
- Coordinate and manage daily schedules for staff and clients, ensuring optimal use of time and resources.
- Handle data entry tasks accurately and efficiently, maintaining up-to-date records.
- Utilise systems for invoicing as needed.
- Provide excellent phone etiquette while managing incoming calls and inquiries.
- Assist with general clerical duties, including filing, typing, and maintaining organised documentation.
- Collaborate with team members to streamline processes and improve efficiency.
- Monitor appointments and follow up with clients to confirm attendance or reschedule as necessary.
Qualifications
- Proven experience in an administrative or clerical role is preferred.
- Strong organisational skills with the ability to prioritise tasks effectively.
- Proficiency in data entry with a keen eye for detail.
- Excellent phone etiquette and interpersonal skills to communicate effectively with clients and colleagues.
