Position: Credit Controller

Location: HO in Houghton Regis Hybrid working 3 days remote, 2 in office

Hours of Work: Mon – Thurs 35hrs per week (9am-5pm, 1 hour lunch)

Rate: £14.50 -£15ph plus holiday pay (circa £28,000 pa)

Overview of the Role:
This fab company and team, a very well established global brand, is looking for a temp credit controller to join them on a possible temp to perm basis, to help out in their busy period, due to huge growth and expansion.

It is a pretty straight forward credit control role, contacting companies that are due to pay their business membership annual renewal, reminding them of their due payments and processing payments.

Good knowledge of credit control legal processes and procedures are essential

Person Specification:
you will have solid experience of working in a credit control environment chasing over due payments
you will have good Excel and Word skills
excellent English communication skills both verbal and written to liaise with clients
you will have excellent attention to detail ensuring correct input of all communications for ease of referral and review
you will have proven experience and knowledge of the process and procedures of credit control to compliance levels
