We are working with a UK leading Company of Choice, who need a great, self motivated, reliable and organised Product Coordinator to join their really fantastic team. Duration of the role: This will be on a temporary basis for about 12 months or so to cover a maternity leave. Location: Chesterfield S41 Rate of Pay : £14.16ph (£25771 if perm) Benefits: parking (limited, so first come first served but plenty around the offices) pension (after qualifying period) 28 days holiday rising to 33 after 12 weeks (inclusive of bank holidays) Overall Puropse of the Product Coordinator You will be someone that provides professional and engaging support services to the companies customers, which will be mainly about Webshop enquiries. This is a customer focused role, so requires you to be able to develop and maintain good customer relationships with both new and existing clients, who will be enquiring about their training courses and other appropriate products offered by the company. You will consult with clients both outbound and inbound, identifying their individual needs and advising them of the appropriate training courses and other products and services offered by the company. This role will require someone that is proven in providing outstanding customer service and champion best practice in customer relationships. The Product Coordinator will also be required to coordinate tasks with the training and corporate solutions team, as required. Key Duties: * Maintain accurate records of all enquiries, sales, and transactions using internal systems including SAP and Salesforce * Process orders (purely administrative) generated from our Shopify site into both Salesforce and SAP * Engage with the companies clients, through understanding and identifying their needs and providing the relevant information, advice and guidance on the companies products and services * Taking and making calls to clients of the company, working to kpis and targets, always demonstrating a prfessional and engaing manner * Helping and advising clients with the online eCommerce channel * Processing orders accurately on the database (SAP and Salesforce), taking payments and raising invoices direclty from the system * Administrative duties * Support the external events and exhibitions team as required. Essential Requirements: * Experience using SAP and Salesforce would be desirable, but is not essential, as full training will be provided here. * Excellent IT skills, including the ability to use Microsoft Office applications, databases, and Excel spreadsheets * Strong written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to build relationships at all levels * Accurate and thorough approach, with excellent attention to detail * Ability to work on own initiative as well as part of a team, supporting the wider team when required * Willingness and ability to learn new tasks and develop yourself * Passion for delivering excellent customer service and going the extra mile * Full eligibility to work in the UK as no sponsorship can be given * A highly motivated and driven team player who is dedicated on achieving the teams kpis and targets * Good phone manner to take and make calls as and when required * Ideally, local or a drive, as public transport is a nightmare * 1 year plus of working in an administrative role This is to start asap - so if this is you, then please send your CV to James Newbury Appointments for review. if you do not hear back withing 3 working days, unfortunately, you will not have been shortlisted on this occassion - we thank you for you appliation and wish you well in your search
