As part of our continued growth strategy, we are seeking a motivated Business Development Executive to help expand our presence and strengthen existing customer partnerships across food service and retail channels. This is a standalone role offering the opportunity to make a real impact on business growth, supported by a clear sales strategy and a performance-based bonus scheme.
The Role:
- Proactively manage and maintain sales activity across existing and new accounts
- Identify and develop new business opportunities within the food service sector
- Build strong customer relationships, ensuring high standards of service
- Maximise sales opportunities with every customer interaction
- Plan and execute effective sales strategies aligned with company growth and marketing objectives
- Explore new and innovative approaches to selling Natural Umber products
- Work closely with the business owner to support and implement growth initiatives
- Understand customer needs and develop tailored sales plans
