The agency seeks a talented Property Portfolio Manager with a strong lettings administration and customer service background. The position offers a clear path for collaboration with a supportive, team-focused culture.
The ideal candidate will have hands-on experience managing a residential portfolio, including 100 fully managed units and a rent-collection portfolio. A comprehensive understanding of compliance is essential, along with a demonstrated ability to handle objections, resolve disputes, manage work orders, and liaise effectively with contractors.
This role is best suited to an individual with excellent organisational skills, strong communication abilities, and exceptional attention to detail. Candidates should have a minimum of 2 years experience managing a portfolio of approximately 200 units. ARLA qualifications, while not essential, would be highly beneficial.
