Duties will include (but are not limited to):

Completing reactive joinery work within domestic Social Housing properties

Undertaking associated plumbing tasks, such as sink replacements in order to complete the joinery work

Carrying out minor plastering work, such as patch plastering

Liaising with tenants regarding ongoing works

Completing ad-hoc tiling when required

We are currently partnering with a Greater Manchester based Housing Association, who are recruiting for Three Multi-Trade Operatives to join their growing team on a temporary to permanent basis.
Our client is proud to provide affordable housing throughout Manchester, and are looking to expand their repairs service to offer further assistance to tenants.
This is a temporary to permanent position paying £21 per hour on a CIS basis, with a permanent salary of circa £33,000 per annum, plus a company van and fuel card. The start date is subject to notice., Working hours:

8am – 4:15pm Monday – Friday with a day off during the week

Following week: 10:45am – 7pm Monday – Friday and 8am – 4:15pm Saturday
