The predicted salary is between 27360 - 30240 £ per year.
The ideal candidate will have experience working in a fast pace environment, have experience liaising with both tenants and engineers, and have experience working within Social Housing compliance!
This role is fully office based.
Duties will include (but are not limited to):

Receiving calls from tenants in regards to repairs and providing the initial diagnosis to get an understanding as to what Repairs work would be required

Booking in repairs for Gas Services and Repairs for both void and tenanted properties

Chasing repairs operatives in regards to updates around repairs

Inputting all data onto inhouse PDA systems, in order to Repairs Operatives to track repairs work as effectively as possible

Experience required in Social Housing

Experience working with customers within housing

Experience coordinating engineers to carry out remedial works
The position is due to start immediately on a full-time basis. The hourly rate for this role is £16.50 via an Umbrella Company.
