- Work closely with team members and departments to ensure a seamless sales effort.
- Cultivate and nurture positive relationships with valued clients.
- Take the lead in reaching out to clients, providing timely updates on tenders, and exploring new leads.
- Diligently review tender information, seeking clarity where needed.
- Analyze contract conditions and collaborate with the commercial team on financial implications.
- Prepare accurate estimates, quotes, and tender returns for a range of mechanical building services projects.
- Assist with electrical estimation tasks and ensure design accuracy.
- Utilize Trimble Estimation software to develop tender pricing schedules.
- Participate in pre-contract meetings and post-project reviews.
Requirements:
- Education and Professional Qualifications: Possess a minimum NVQ Level 3 in Mechanical Building Services. Preferably hold an HNC/HND or Degree Qualification in Mechanical Building Services.
- Experience Level: Bring at least 3 years relevant experience.
