This is a role for an Electrical Construction Manager who wants to work on a live data centre project as part of a strong site delivery team. You will be working under the Senior Construction Manager, helping drive the electrical installation on site and making sure works are delivered safely, properly coordinated and in line with programme. The project involves complex electrical infrastructure within a critical environment, so this would suit someone with strong electrical building services experience who is comfortable managing subcontractors, working from drawings, tracking progress and keeping quality under control.
What you’ll be doing:
- Supporting the Senior Construction Manager with the day-to-day electrical delivery across a live data centre project.
- Coordinating electrical and specialist subcontractors on site to make sure works are delivered safely, correctly and in line with programme.
- Driving installation works across areas such as containment, LV distribution, cabling, switchgear, UPS systems, generators, busbar, lighting, small power, earthing and bonding, fire alarm, security, structured cabling, BMS interfaces and associated critical infrastructure.
