We are looking for a Parts Advisor to join our client, one of the UKβs leading main dealers.
Parts Advisor Job Responsibilities:
- Front of House counter sales and dealing with customer parts queries
- Ensure customer orders are taken and supplied to the correct specification.
- Ensure that procedures are correctly carried out for the ordering of goods and their receipt.
- Maintain an efficient filing and retrieval system.
- Ensure that the parts area is kept clean and tidy, and that equipment is in good condition reflecting the image of an efficient and modern Retail Dealer point.
Parts Advisor Requirements:
- Vehicle Parts experience a must
- To be able to effectively communicate at all levels both written and verbally
- To be able to develop or work in developing new or enhancing existing processes
- To be able to competently use GDS and associated software & systems.
- To be able to competently use desktop PC and associated software & systems
