The predicted salary is between 120000 - 130000 Β£ per year.

This is a role for a Divisional Director who can take ownership of a projects division, not just oversee delivery from a distance.
You will be leading a division delivering critical infrastructure projects across live data centre and technical environments, with a focus on electrical upgrades, switchgear, UPS systems, generator infrastructure, LV distribution and associated project works.
Project values will typically range from 1m to 10m, with multiple contracts running across London and the surrounding regions.
The division needs someone who can bring commercial control, operational discipline, client development and leadership together.
You will be responsible for the performance of the division: sales, margin, risk, programme, delivery, compliance, people and customer satisfaction.
This is not a role for someone who only wants to manage the projects already in front of them.
You will be expected to shape how the division grows, how projects are governed, how teams perform and how existing client relationships are developed into further work.
