You will own technical governance from bid through design, delivery, commissioning and handover, ensuring projects are compliant, buildable and commercially robust.
Working with clients, consultants, supply chain and internal delivery teams, you will shape briefs, drive design excellence and support new business growth while leading and developing a team.
