Electrical Site Foreman – Prime Residential & Heritage Projects (Belgravia / Mayfair / Kings Road) We’re working with a respected electrical contractor delivering high-spec work across some of London’s most exclusive residential areas — including Cadogan Square, Kings Road, and multiple sites within walking distance of Victoria Station. With a growing portfolio of heritage and ultra-prime refurbishments, they’re looking to appoint an experienced Electrical Site Foreman to lead a small team of electricians on site. This is a hands-on role, suited to someone who enjoys leading from the front. You’ll be responsible for managing a specific electrical crew, ensuring all installations are carried out to the highest standards, in line with project specifications and BS7671 regulations. Your focus will be on day-to-day task coordination, maintaining quality and safety on the ground, and making sure the team works efficiently and effectively. You\’ll oversee on-site task sequencing, mentor apprentices or improvers where necessary, coordinate with the wider site team, and act as the go-to person for immediate issues relating to your trade. You’ll also support inspections, testing, and ensure progress is accurately reported via the company’s job management platform.
