Electrical Project Manager - Data Centre (Corsham, Wiltshire)
Corsham (SN13) | Site-based | Permanent (temp considered) Up to £80,000 + package
This is for an Electrical PM who wants proper control of delivery: clear planning, strong subcontractor management, visible progress, and a handover that doesn't rely on last-minute heroics. You'll run the electrical works on-site, ensuring compliance, quality and programme are protected from day one through completion.
What you’ll do
- Lead end-to-end site delivery of electrical works, from planning through commissioning support and close-out
- Manage programme and reporting: lookaheads, progress, constraints and corrective actions
- Manage supply chain: subcontractor performance, RAMS/compliance, and quality output
- Oversee QA/HSE implementation, inspections, snagging and consistent site standards
- Review drawings and design information, providing practical install input and resolving issues early
- Control materials/logistics so labour stays productive and sequencing works
- Maintain robust site records: diaries, photo logs, issue trackers, risk registers and checklists
- Run meetings, drive actions, coordinate interfaces and keep stakeholders aligned
What you’ll need
- Strong background delivering electrical works in high-compliance environments (data centres desirable)
- Black CSCS card
- SMSTS
- Confident communicator with the backbone to hold standards and close actions
- Full UK driving licence
Package
- Salary up to £80,000 (dependent on experience)
- Car allowance or company electric vehicle
- Private medical insurance (PMI)
- Travel
- Circa 10% bonus
