We are currently recruiting on behalf of a well-established 4* hotel in London for a Door Attendant to join their Front of House team. This is a fantastic opportunity for someone with a passion for hospitality who enjoys delivering exceptional guest service and creating outstanding first impressions.

The Role

As a Door Attendant, you will be the very first point of contact for guests arriving at the hotel. You will act as a true brand ambassador, ensuring every guest receives a warm, professional welcome and seamless assistance from arrival through to departure. You will play a key part in shaping the overall guest experience while maintaining the highest standards of presentation, organisation, and service at the hotel entrance.

Key Responsibilities

  • Provide a warm and professional welcome to all arriving guests
  • Assist guests with luggage on arrival and departure
  • Support with transportation arrangements, including taxi bookings and pick-ups
  • Ensure the driveway and hotel entrance are tidy, safe, and well organised
  • Offer accurate information about the hotel and local attractions
  • Coordinate closely with the Front Office team to ensure seamless guest service
  • Manage luggage storage securely and maintain accurate records
  • Assist guests with mobility requirements respectfully and attentively
  • Follow all safety, security, and service procedures
  • Maintain a polished and professional appearance at all times

About You

  • Previous experience in customer service or hospitality preferred
  • Fluent English (spoken)
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Professional, confident, and well-presented
  • Highly organised with strong attention to detail
  • Proactive and able to work well within a team
  • Resilient and adaptable in a fast-paced environment
  • Passionate about delivering exceptional guest experiences
