Salary: €13.94/hour + 2 points (€1.06/hour)

Hours: Full-time, 35–40 hours per week (year-round employment)

Annual Salary Calculation:

Hourly wage: €13.94 + €1.06 = €15.00/hour

Weekly hours: 40 hours (maximum typical)

Weekly pay: 40 × €15.00 = €600/week

*

Yearly pay: €600 × 52 = €31,200/year

About the Role

Our client are seeking a motivated Demi Chef de Partie to join their culinary team in a luxury hotel environment. The ideal candidate will be enthusiastic about career progression and eager to work across our seven diverse restaurants, delivering exceptional food quality in line with fine dining and luxury hospitality standards.

Key Responsibilities

Assist in the preparation and presentation of high-quality dishes according to menu specifications.

Support the Chef de Partie in managing a section of the kitchen efficiently.

Ensure compliance with health, hygiene, and safety standards in the kitchen.

*

Maintain consistent quality and portion control across all dishes.

*

Contribute to a positive and collaborative kitchen team environment.

*

Be willing to rotate across different restaurant sections to gain experience and exposure.

Candidate Requirements

*

Adequate English skills to follow instructions and communicate effectively.

*

Culinary degree is preferred but not essential.

*

Previous experience in luxury hotels or fine dining is highly valued.

*

Ambitious chefs who are keen to learn and progress within the team.

Reliable, punctual, and able to work flexible shifts including weekends and holidays.
