Mechanical Estimator Job Description: We are currently assisting a leading client of ours who are looking for a Mechanical Estimator. Established for over 40 years, our client delivers a full range of services covering the whole lifecycle of a building from concept and design through to construction, lifetime maintenance and security. They are a leading player in the building services market providing a range of engineering design, consulting, installation, and maintenance services to the construction industry. This job involves coordinating sales efforts, maintaining positive customer relationships, and proactively updating clients on tender and quote status. It also includes reviewing tender information, analysing financial implications, conducting estimates, and preparing tender return documents. Additionally, the job entails attending meetings, negotiating with clients, and ensuring adherence to health and safety policies throughout the project lifecycle. Requirements: * Minimum NVQ Level 3 Mechanical or Building Services. * HNC/HND and/or Degree Qualification (Mechanical or Building Services) preferred. * Minimum 3 years’ relevant experience in the role of mechanical estimator. * Experience using the Trimble Estimation software package preferred. Remuneration and Package: * £50,000 - £60,000 salary range * Hybrid: Expect a minimum of 2-3 days in the office per week and when needed for meetings etc. If interested, send your CV through now
