Salary: £15.00 - £16.00 per hour + Service Charge

We are recruiting on behalf of one of our prestigious clients, a luxury 5-star hotel in the heart of Mayfair, for an experienced Public Area Attendant. This is an excellent opportunity to join a world-renowned luxury hotel where immaculate presentation and exceptional guest service are paramount.

Key Responsibilities

  • Maintain the cleanliness and presentation of all public areas, including the lobby, corridors, lifts, restrooms, restaurants, meeting spaces, and back-of-house areas.
  • Ensure all public spaces are cleaned and maintained to the highest 5-star standards throughout your shift.
  • Replenish guest amenities and supplies in public washrooms and communal areas.
  • Respond promptly to guest requests and housekeeping requirements.
  • Report any maintenance issues, health and safety concerns, or lost property immediately.
  • Work closely with the Housekeeping team to ensure a consistently outstanding guest experience.

Requirements

  • Minimum 6 months' experience as a Public Area Attendant in a 5-star hotel.
