We are recruiting on behalf of one of our prestigious clients, a luxury 5-star hotel in the heart of Mayfair, for a reliable and hardworking Linen Porter. This is an exciting opportunity to join a renowned luxury hotel where attention to detail and exceptional service are at the heart of everything they do.
Key Responsibilities:
- Deliver clean linen and towels to housekeeping pantries and guest floors.
- Collect and transport soiled linen to the laundry area.
- Maintain linen stores, ensuring stock levels are organised and replenished.
- Assist the housekeeping team with the movement of beds, cots, rollaway beds, and other housekeeping equipment when required.
- Ensure all linen areas remain clean, tidy, and compliant with health and safety standards.
- Support Room Attendants and the wider Housekeeping team to ensure the smooth day-to-day operation of the department.
Requirements:
- Minimum 6 months' experience as a Linen Porter or Housekeeping Porter in a 5-star hotel.
- Must currently be working in a 5-star hotel, or have done so within the last year.
