We are currently recruiting on behalf of a prestigious luxury hotel in South Kensington for a talented Chef de Partie to join their award-winning kitchen brigade. This is an excellent opportunity for a passionate and ambitious chef to join a high-performing culinary team within a renowned luxury hospitality environment. The restaurant offers a refined British dining experience with a contemporary approach, working with high-quality seasonal ingredients and exceptional standards throughout.

You will work closely with an incredibly experienced and highly decorated Head Chef within a professional kitchen focused on creativity, consistency, and guest experience.

The Role

As Chef de Partie, you will take ownership of your section and support the wider kitchen team in delivering exceptional dishes to the highest standards. Key responsibilities include:

  • Preparing and presenting dishes with excellent attention to detail
  • Managing your section efficiently during service
  • Maintaining high standards of food hygiene, safety, and cleanliness
  • Supporting junior chefs and working collaboratively within the brigade
  • Ensuring consistency, quality, and presentation across all dishes
  • Assisting with stock control and kitchen organisation
  • Contributing ideas and passion towards menu development and seasonal changes

Requirements

  • Previous experience as a Chef de Partie or strong Demi Chef de Partie background
  • Experience within a 5-star hotel, luxury hospitality environment, or rosette-level restaurant preferred
  • Breakfast experience beneficial but not essential
  • Passion for high-quality food and hospitality
  • Strong understanding of kitchen operations and food safety standards
  • Ability to work well under pressure within a fast-paced kitchen
  • Positive attitude, strong work ethic, and team-focused mentality

Package & Benefits

  • Basic salary of £35,000
  • Additional service charge of approximately £5,000 - £7,000 per year
  • 48-hour contracted working week
  • Full-time permanent contract
