We're Hiring: Protection Adviser – Full-Time, Permanent
Location: Nottingham (Office-based with regular attendance required)
Realistic OTE: £45,000–£100,000 (Uncapped, DOE)

James Leighton Financial Services Ltd is a Top 50 mortgage producer nationally and ranks in the Top 5 of new build specialists.
We are looking for a highly organised individual who can bring their experience into our already experienced Protection Team. The successful candidate will need to be able to learn and adapt very quickly in order to get up to a submission rate of at least two applications per day.
All appointments are booked for you and clients have already agreed to use our service. Our Case Management department supports you and your customers throughout the entire remortgage process. Protection is referred to a dedicated team in return for a healthy commission, leaving you to focus on delivering mortgage advice and a first‑class service.
The successful candidate will need to possess exemplary communications skills, given the cultural and demographical variation of our clients, whilst also having an incredible eye for detail and a “right‑first‑time” approach.
