What we're looking for:

  • CeMAP (or equivalent) CAS status preferred but not essential
  • Experience with New Build Mortgages
  • Full UK driving licence due to new build site visit requirement
  • The successful candidate will need to be able to learn and adapt very quickly in order to get up to a submission rate of two applications per day
  • The successful candidate will need to possess exemplary communication skills, given the cultural and demographical variation of our clients, whilst also having an incredible eye for detail and a 'right-first-time' approach
