James Leighton Financial Services Ltd is a Top 50 mortgage producer nationally and ranks in the Top 5 of new build specialists.
We are looking for two highly organised individuals who can bring their experience into our Protection Advice Team. The successful candidates will need to be able learn and adapt very quickly in order to get up to four appointments per day.
All appointments are booked for you and clients have already agreed to use our service. Core documents including ID, income, bank statements, deposit proofs and a draft fact-find are provided pre-appointment. Our Case Management department support you and your customers throughout the entire protection process.
The successful candidates will need to possess exemplary communications skills, given the cultural and demographical variation of our clients, whilst also having an incredible eye for detail and a right-first-time approach.

The ideal candidate will have the following credentials:
- CeMAP qualified (or equivalent)
- CAS status ideal but not essential
- Experience of pure protection
- Unfazed by, and experience of, a fast-paced, deadline-driven and telephone-based working environment
- Excellent problem-solving skills
- First-class inter-personal, customer handling and influencing skills
- Expert communicator; both written and verbal
- Full UK driving license preferred due to regular office attendance required.

Practicalities
- Monday to Friday (40 hrs per week) with flexibility to work weekends
- Occasional weekend overtime available
- Hybrid role once fully trained
- 3-4 protection appointments per day

Remuneration & Terms
- Permanent & full-time role
- Realistic OTE £45,000-£70,000 uncapped; dependent on experience
- 20 Days holiday, increasing by 1 day per annum of service up to a maximum of 25 days + Bank Holidays
