As Warehouse Manager at Lathams Hemel Hempstead you will run an efficient warehouse to achieve a high level of customer service. You will be responsible for managing a large team, including organising and delivering training. Health and safety is a priority, and you will be required to ensure the team adhere to company policies as well as liaise with our Health and Safety Manager to consider any improvements.

You will be responsible for arranging and reviewing maintenance of all capital equipment and site infrastructure (combis, racks, shutters, concrete, etc. and utilities) as well as ensuring compliance with maintenance regimes, repairs and issues with fork trucks. You’ll be working in a modern and well‑equipped environment that provides opportunities to develop and grow your career.

You will be highly motivated, organised and enthusiastic, with prior experience working as a Warehouse Manager or in a similar role. You will need excellent people management skills and enjoy working as part of a team but also be able to manage your own workload.
