As an Internal Sales Executive at Lathams you will be pro‑active in selling timber or panel products to both existing and new customers and will aim to expand our presence in the market for value‑added products. Knowledge and history of selling timber or panel products would be an advantage but not essential.

We will offer further career development with potential opportunities to visit our suppliers. You will liaise with suppliers, conduct price negotiations with clients on behalf of a company to reach a profitable conclusion, report on progress through the company’s reporting structure, develop and implement strategies for achieving and exceeding set sales targets as well as using technology to aid efficiency and give customers a better experience.

You will be highly motivated and enthusiastic with prior experience working as Sales Executive or similar. You will need excellent IT skills and enjoy working as part of a team but also be able to manage your own workload.

You must be based close enough to our Dudley office so that you can be in the office every day to begin with. Once your initial training is complete you may be able to work from home from time to time depending on the needs of the team and your work. You’ll be working in a modern and well‑equipped environment which provides opportunities to develop and grow your career.
