As a Reconciliation Clerk at Lathams you will work within a friendly and supportive team to support the team, dealing with the main trading accounts and liaising with purchase ledger and credit control. This will be dealing with multiple bank reconciliations and could include credit card reconciliations too.
Responsibilities
- Handle bank reconciliations for multiple accounts and related credit card reconciliations as required.
- Liaise with purchase ledger and credit control to resolve reconciling items and ensure accurate ledgers.
- Support the team with day-to-day reconciliation tasks and maintain accurate records.
Qualifications / Requirements
- Highly motivated and enthusiastic with excellent organisational skills and attention to detail.
- Ability to work effectively as part of a team and manage your own workload.
Location and Hours
Unit C2 Breakspear Park, Breakspear Way, Hemel Hempstead, HP2 4TZ. This would be a hybrid role, working half of the time in the office and half at home, although can be full time in the office if preferred. The initial training will be full time in the office. Monday–Friday 08:30–17:00.
