We are recruiting a Class 2/Cat C Driver to join our established team based in Fareham. Hours are Monday‑Friday 06:15‑16:45, with a "job and knock" routine to suit both the business and the driver. Weekend work is not required.
Responsibilities:- Provide safe and efficient delivery of timber and panel products.
- Manage multiple drop‑off points and deliver a mix of customer mechanical offload and manual driver offload.
- Adhere to early‑morning starts and the company’s flexible job schedule.
- Maintain excellent customer service standards at all times.
- Operate a forklift/combi‑lift, if licensed (advantageous but not required).
- Class 2/Cat C driving licence with no more than 6 points on the licence.
- Valid and up‑to‑date Driver CPC and digital card.
- No driving disqualifications (DD or CD).
- Prior experience as a Class 2/Cat C Driver (minimum 1 year preferred, but not essential).
- Experience with timber and panel products is preferable.
