Position: Sales Executive Trainee/Apprentice – based in Dudley.
Role Overview
The role will involve 2‑3 years of training covering all aspects of the business: operations, warehousing, sales and trading. You will receive mentorship throughout, enrol in the Wood Science and Timber Technology programme, and obtain sales and customer‑relations training. This opportunity is suitable for a college leaver, graduate or any motivated individual with an appetite for progression.
Responsibilities
- Spend time working in both the office and warehouse, learning about our products and processes.
- Develop an understanding of our customers and build relationships.
- Provide support across operations, warehousing and sales activities.
- Assist in daily operational tasks and participate in training sessions.
Qualifications
- Minimum age 18 years.
- Strong motivation, enthusiasm and organisational skills.
- Excellent communication skills.
- Comfortable with Microsoft Word and Excel.
- Previous customer‑service experience is an advantage.
