Quantity Surveyor To consistently deliver a meticulous and professional commercial service across all assigned projects, ensuring effective administration and alignment with key business objectivescovering health and safety, profitability, and client satisfaction. Key Responsibilities: Operate within the companys integrated management system, policies, and procedures. Foster a strong operational-commercial partnership to meet project needs. Monitor and manage financial risks and associated budgets. Oversee performance standards and quality control. Secure subcontractors at competitive rates, optimizing procurement efficiency. Build lasting relationships with clients and their representatives. Encourage cross-department collaboration through effective communication and adherence to company procedures. Develop a clear understanding of contracts and project scopes, ensuring alignment among project team members. Establish a strategic procurement approach in line with contract timelines, continuously monitoring and adjusting as needed. Prepare and submit timely applications for payments to support cash flow management. Ensure the recovery of retentions per contractual agreements.
