Develop a clear understanding of contracts and project scopes, ensuring alignment among project team members. Establish a strategic procurement approach in line with contract timelines, continuously monitoring and adjusting as needed. Prepare and submit timely applications for payments to support cash flow management. Ensure the recovery of retentions per contractual agreements.
