Site Engineer - Groundworks & Infrastructure (Housing)
?? Horsham, West Sussex
?? Excellent Salary / Day Rate (Permanent or Freelance)
Our client, a well-established groundworks and infrastructure contractor, is looking to recruit a Site Engineer to support a number of residential infrastructure projects in and around Horsham.
Working on housing developments, you'll be responsible for setting out roads, sewers, drainage, foundations and associated infrastructure works, ensuring projects are delivered safely, accurately and to programme.
Key Responsibilities
- Setting out for roads, sewers, drainage and housing infrastructure
- QA checks and As-Built surveys
- Managing site records and technical documentation
- Working closely with Site Managers and project teams
- Ensuring works are carried out in line with specifications and drawings
Requirements
- Previous groundworks and housing infrastructure experience
- Proficient with Leica/Trimble equipment
- Able to read and interpret construction xgikmsk drawings
- CSCS Card
- Strong communication and organisational skills
