The Opportunity:

Key Responsibilities:
- Implement and uphold quality, health & safety, and environmental procedures.
- Prepare and oversee construction plans and schedules.
- Manage budgeting, procurement, and subcontractor agreements.
- Oversee site operations, ensuring compliance with technical specifications.
- Provide mentorship and support to junior engineers.
- Liaise with clients, suppliers, and subcontractors to resolve project challenges.
- Ensure accurate reporting and documentation for project milestones.
What We're Looking For:
- Degree or HND in Civil Engineering (or equivalent).
- Experience as a Site Agent in civil engineering construction (earthworks experience preferred).
- Understanding of NEC4 Contracts.
- Strong problem-solving, commercial awareness, and negotiation skills.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office and project cost management systems.
- Full UK Driving Licence.
- Ability to work independently and manage teams effectively.
