Develop, manage, and support the technical MEICA design. Contribute to detailed MEICA designs, specifications, drawings, and calculations, ensuring alignment with relevant standards and industry regulations.

Support procurement activities for MEICA equipment and services, including vendor selection, tender evaluation, and contract discussions. Identify design interfaces, assess associated risks, and evaluate commercial, operational, and practical implications.

Collaborate with the design and delivery teams to assess buildability, costs, and technical robustness. Assist the commercial team in preparing enquiries and procuring subcontractor packages. Foster strong relationships across the supply chain and project stakeholders.

Promote a culture of collaboration, integration, continuous improvement, and the application of best practice. Manage scopes, schedules, and budgets for process design and M&E interface workstreams. Review technical specs, tender documents, and contract deliverables.

Lead and participate in technical meetings, offering solutions and addressing queries. Oversee conceptual and detailed process design for clean water applications, ensuring regulatory compliance and project requirements.

Develop and optimise treatment strategies including coagulation, flocculation, clarification, filtration (rapid gravity, pressure, membrane), disinfection (chlorination, UV), pH correction, and sludge processing. Conduct optioneering and feasibility studies to evaluate and recommend viable treatment technologies and configurations.

Act as the technical bridge between process, mechanical, and electrical engineering disciplines. Ensure smooth integration of process parameters with M&E systems, including pumps, valves, instrumentation, SCADA/PLC controls, and power distribution.

Contribute to equipment selection, sizing, and specification by reviewing vendor data and technical submissions. Take part in HAZOP, ALM, and other safety reviews with a combined process and M&E perspective. Provide ongoing technical support from tender stage through construction, commissioning, and handover.
