The Role
- Lead and Mentor: Manage and develop a team of quantity surveyors, ensuring exceptional performance and career progression.
- Drive Financial Success: Oversee project budgets, cost control, and profitability across multiple infrastructure projects.
- Manage Contracts: Administer contracts (NEC, option E, etc.), negotiate terms, and resolve disputes effectively.

What We’re Looking For
