Im recruiting an Environment Advisor for a long-established, family-run civil engineering contractor delivering major infrastructure across the UK. The business has been operating for over 55 years, remains privately owned, and is recognised for its strong financial performance including £150m+ annual turnover, £56m net profit, and a consistently low-risk rating. They employ around 450-480 staff, run one of the UKs most respected apprenticeship schemes, and maintain a hands-on, stable operational model led by second- and third-generation family members. Their work spans highways, earthworks, flood and coastal defence, renewable energy, quarrying, waste remediation, water infrastructure, slurry lagoons, soil stabilisation, and major enabling works. They are currently delivering multiple nationally significant projects, including reservoir and marine defence schemes.
