Were looking for a commercially focused professional to lead on civils projects across the South East. This is a senior post overseeing high-value infrastructure, groundworks, remediation and enabling works often under NEC contracts, often under pressure.
Youll be accountable for the full commercial lifecycle: working closely with operational teams, leading from tender to final account, and protecting margin and risk with precision. Its a delivery-focused environment that rewards clarity, consistency, and the ability to steer complex programmes without drama.
Key responsibilities:
